    Finally an exercise video for real people and it’s great for everyone! I have a pretty bad knee and shoulder but I can do this and I know I can adapt what I’m doing if needed. If you want to get done with your workout fast and still get results you should try this one.

    I was pretty skeptical if something like these could really help me lose weight.. However, so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised! I’m a mom of 4 so finding the time to work out never seems realistic. I Definitely recommend for anyone short on time or just getting into fitness
